It has been a week of planning and praying for us and discussing our own vision for our family. Where is it that we see God working in our lives and from those area's what is it that we hope to be able to see come to pass!
I think ultimately when things seem to come our way that we may not like or understand we have two choices we can either allow them to distract us from what we need to do whatever that may be in our lives or we make a decision to trust God and know that He is faithful and know that He will not let us down nor forsake us. As a result of knowing who God is we can then move forward having learned a lesson that my walk with the Lord did not waver and that the issue is not within our control and it is entirely up to God to handle.
So why did I title this "Opening doors" Because I believe that God is making some things clear to us as a family, that there is so much we have yet to experience in our walk with God and that we must not play it safe we must take risks and see where He takes us.
We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love. ~ Romans 5:3-5
Looking forward to what lies ahead!
